Gagne and Friend secure Canterbury Title

Joe Gagne and Ben Friend found lightning in a bottle on their way to a -10 net score E par 72 gross score to secure the championship in this weekend's 2 man scramble. After a decent first 13 holes. The Gagne/Friend group took advantage of the Par 5's by eagling both of them and carding birds on the rest to finish the final 5 holes with an incredible -7 run.
I know everyone is always shocked when players perform far better than their cap. Just want to quickly say, I have seen Joe who picked up the game probably about 18 months ago. I have never seen anyone work harder to improve his game than he does. He has shaved off roughly 10 strokes off his cap and continues to improve tremendously as his cap lowers. So, just want to give credit where credit is due and say Well done Joe, Keep up the good work and I am happy to see Ben can join you for the ride as you carry him to victory. 😂😂
Honestly, I am thrilled to see yet again some new winners and the season long standings continue to get bunched up, although with the 2nd place finish and an impressive Gross 67 Levenson builds on his season lead and Tom Murphy moved up quite a few spots.
Here were the skin winners/Prizes for the weekend with all skins being $20. I will send it over to one of the teammates.
Frieind/Gagne $150 + $40 = $190
Marquis Richer $40
Tokanel/Cail $20
Theriault/Klein $20
Lawrence/Lemire $20
Jacobs/Williams $20
Few Breakfast Hill notes
Tee times are currently set and should have no changes as we are not able to add any more players. There are a few 3somes towards the end. Be aware the course will possibly be adding a fourth into those groups.
The groupings for this Major were done for the most part based on handicap with a few adjustments.

Looking forward to another great event on Sunday and FYI, I will get the rest of the season's registrations up today/tomorrow.
Thanks everyone!
