Corey Hayes cruises to victory in playoff event #1 at Loudon CC

In very tough conditions yesterday at Loudon CC, Corey hayes was able to sneak out a win. Corey shot a 98/75 on his way to victory. The +3 is the highest score LFG has seen as a winning score. The conditions played difficult for all today, but with a strong left to right wind on many holes, Hayes, a lefty was able to hit a baby cut up against the wind most the day to keep himself in play.
When asked how he felt out there today and what led him to his victory, hayes babbled on that “This league is great and the number one reason is the people we get paired with. It genuinely shows that the three other people in the group want you to do well. It’s a Sunday out with friends, even when it is the first time playing a round with them”
Kind words, that did not answer the question asked, Either way Congrats on now your 2nd win in the past 3 events. Now is the perfect time to get hot.
We had 5 players who were all within 1 stroke of Hayes and are kicking themselves right now about where they could have made that stroke up. Still good rounds though none the less to Josh Klein, Dwayne Davis, Chris Hatem, Pat Blair and Joe Forbush.
